1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday) following payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–4 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of dispatch.
  • A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available during selected promotions or when meeting specified minimum order thresholds, where indicated.

4. Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time until it arrives safely at your address.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, our team will contact you via email to arrange redelivery.
 Please note that additional postage charges may apply in such cases.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us promptly at support@diecastdreams.co.uk so we can investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.
