Diecast Dreams Return & Refund Policy

At Diecast Dreams, we want every customer to be completely delighted with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Sale or discounted items may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit, unless the product is faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
